I've decided to take on the challenge that is the Monster Bike & Hike because cancer seems to becoming an increasingly common part of life these days.

I know so many people that have been affected by various cancers over the last few years it's becoming quite scary. Not just here in the UK but on the other side of the world many of my Austrailian friends are finding the same thing - it's becoming an epidemic.

As there doesn't appear to be a cure on the horizon charities like Maggie's are becoming more and more important in supporting the families and sufferers of cancer. Every pound donated will help this charity to continue they're work - I greatly appreciate all donations no matter how large or small.
