My mother in law sadly died in 2000 after suffering with MS for about 10 years.   I have raised money in the past for the MS by running the London marathon but that was back in 2009 so when a friend suggested cycling from London to Newcastle and then doing the Great North run to raise money for The MS Society it was difficult to say no.    This is much more cycling than I have ever done and has required quite a lot of  training and commitment.

4 days. 3 days cycle London to Newcastle. Day 4 run the Great North Run.
