As most of you are aware Paul was diagnosed with kidney cancer in October 2009 and after a short but courageous battle he died on 12th January 2010, aged only 45 years old. Please help us say 'thank you' to the Hospice of the Good Shepherd for their kindness and care during Paul's final days, by sponsoring me to complete their 5 mile Run 2 Remember. I have never run in my life so I'm going to need lots of encouragement and I want to make my Paul proud by doing the run in his memory. Please help if you can. Thank you, Kerri xx.

Well John and I did it, 5 miles in 50 mins 45 sec!!!! Many thanks to John who helped set the pace, offered lots of encouragement and pushed me for the last 2 miles when it was beginning to hurt, without his help it would have been much harder. Thank you 'Big Bro'. Pooling our sponsorship its looking like we've exceeded £1000, thank you soo much to those that have donated, the money will be put to good use with the Hospice and Macmillan Nurses.
To my darling Paul this was all for you, in your memory. I miss you more than words can say, always in my thoughts, I love you with all my heart my darling and always will Xxx.
