The three off us stupidly volunteered to enter in the Rat Race Urban Adventure with the idea that we would never be accepted.  Well we did geet accepted so now the training starts!!

The Rat Race Nine 2 Five challenge is a multi-sport adventure course, which lasts up to 8 hours around the city of London and will take place on Sunday 27th September.

We'll have to bike, run, kayak, climb, abseil and navigate our way around the course.

The total bike ride is 50k, the run is 5km and the kayak 2km.  There will be special activities along the route, which we will all aim to complete.
