I am Kerry Purnell, thank you for visiting my page.

I ran the EDF Energy Half Marathon on Sunday 11th October and thought it would add to the challenge if I could try and raise a bit of money as well! Thanks to all those who made a donation, I completed it in 3 hours which I think is pretty impressive considering I couldn't run 1/2 a mile 6 months ago!

My next challenge is the London Marathon, I have been fortunate to gain a place through the ballot.  I have always had a strange interest in the London Marathon and said I would do it before I was 30, this approached quicker than I thought and I am 30 in March next year.  However as the Marathon is only 1 month after, I reckon it still counts!

I am raising money for autism.west midlands which is the charity which I work for,  I have worked there for 4 years and thoroughly enjoy the work I do.  I also know first hand how valuable and gratefully received any money you donate will be.
