I challenged myself a few years ago to do the Coast to Coast cycle ride (174 miles) - whilst completing it I cant say I enjoyed it but afterwards, the buzz was overwhelming and I felt a great sense of achievement for the charity - what can I say, I want to feel that way again!!!

Please help me (and the others from Connect Health) raise as much money and awareness as we can for Arthritis UK - thank you in advance x :)
