Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Here's a little bit more about what Blewett is up to...

A crew of 6 -slighty deranged- ladies (myself included) got very excited at the chance to row non-stop around England; and challenge the world record (51 days 16 hours 42 minutes).

To put this in perspective, less people have walked on the moon than rowed around the British mainland.

So why not race it?!

Setting off on June 1st, we will row non-stop and unassisted from London, enter one of the busiest shipping lanes in the world, loop around Land’s End, battle through the Irish sea, before nipping past John O’Groats and turning to nail it down the home straight back to the capital.

Lets hope we have a following wind, sun on our faces and most importantly a safe passage!

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit the page, if you'd also like to donate a little song for us to sing ...ladiesgbrow@hotmail.com... I'm pretty sure row, row, row yer boat might get a bit irritating after the first day!

Cheers me beauties!!
