As you know, I am a cheese-aholic. But if you help me raise enough to give to Soil Association in their work to reduce and store carbon through more environmentally friendly food farming methods, I promise to not touch a morsel of yummy cheese for the 25 days leading up to the vitally important Copenhagen summit on Climate Change. Boy, am I going to suffer. I haven't not had cheese every day of my life. Which is why I won't do it for less than £500.
