My story
Thank you very much for taking the time to visit my sponsorship page. I really appreciate any donation that you can make no matter how small or big.
As most of you know this has been a difficult year for my sister Tarah and our family and it has been a challenge to face the times ahead. But I think we have come far since February and Tarah has been strong and courageous throughout.
We found the Penny Brohn centre through a recommendation and visiting the centre back in June had a huge impact on our lives and how we have since faced the challenges ahead. The people working at this centre are truly amazing and provide support, care, practical advice or just a plain old hug if that is what you need. You can take as much or as little as you need from the centre, it is a sanctuary for people living with cancer and their supporters which makes this place so unique.
Every day Tarah is an inspiration to me and I hope I can make her proud when I pass that finishing line on 22 April. J
Also, we will be running some fund raising events so watch this space for some upcoming events very soon!

Fund raising events coming up:
10th March 7 to 11pm at St Nicolas School in Stevenage. It is a quiz night with prizes to be won. It is £8pp and that includes taking part in the quiz and food!

Well I have done it!!! What an absolutely amazing day! It was just brilliant! The people around the whole course and especially my family and friends cheering me on was just fantastic!! I did it in 4 hours and 23min 50sec. Thank you everyone for your fantastic support! xxx
And I meant to say I hope that the sun will at least peak out every now and again on Sunday :-) Didn't realise that if I press enter it posts the message...doh! :-)
I went out for little run this morning. The sun was out and it was lovely!
