Dear all - I am undertaking a 3X10 challenge to raise money for DGS Yourchoice. I have completed step 1, which was the Bluewater 10k and I have step 2 the British 10k on Sunday 12th July. The third challenge is ongoing which is to swim 10miles prior to 22nd July. Mile 9 to 10 will be done on one go on Tuesday, 21st July - 64 lengths of a 25m pool. As at 7th July I have completed 4.5 miles in just over 2 weeks.

This is the first time I have raised money for DGS Yourchoice as many of you know I have always supported in other ways, be it sponsorship £ or hosting the Quiz Nights... Please give whatever you can to help meet my target!! Thanks in advance as I know you will help loads!!
