Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The IP3 Peaks team, Martin, Colin, Lee, Ant, Alex, Tom, Ian, Jenette, Elene and Kevin are determined to raise £3000 for East Anglia's Children's Hospices Tree House Appeal. We're in training right now for the 3 Peaks Challenge which commences on the 5th August 2010 at 5pm Ben Nevis (Scotland) base camp and finishes on 6th August at 5 pm Snowdon (Wales) base camp.

It's going to be tough and even though some of us already have blisters and inflamed knees we're determined to succeed.

Please donate whatever money you can afford to East Anglia's Children's  Hospices and help us with our target.

Knowing that you have supported us will be a great motivator for us as we race to the tops of those mountains.

Thanks to Zest Tracking we are setting up a link so you can watch our progress each step of the way.

Thanks so much

Kevin

WHY?

For those of you who do not know it is my #th birthday this year, and in order to celebrate I wanted to do something that would challenge myself physically and also be of benefit to local charities. Therefore after a few discussions with some close friends we felt that it would be great to do the "3 Peaks Challenge". So on the 4th August a team of eight people including myself will be climbing the highest mountains in Britain; Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England) and Snowdon (Wales). A total of 22 miles to be completed in just 24hrs and this time includes the travel to each mountain by road. So it is a tough challenge and if you have continued to read thank you and I would be delighted if you would make a small donation in recognition of my attempt to complete the 3Peaks prior to me joining the Saga club.
