Well I did it, I ran 6.52k in the end in a time of 45:38. It rained, I'm soaked and rather tired, I am an unfit old man after all. Thanks to everyone who sponsored me, it is really appreciated and for a great cause.

I’m taking part in Euro Car Parts “Ben Challenge” which is a fund
raising event for BEN the Automotive Industry’s nominated charity. A team of Euro Car Parts employees will tackle a relay covering 1,500 miles across 5 routes covering our 330 branches.
