The Wales & West DCM team are participating in the Lloyd's Bank Walk the Talk week and have agreed to take on the challenge of walking 13 miles along a stretch of the historic Ridgeway from Ashbury to Wantage.

Considering the age demographic within the team and ailments such as dodgy hips and knees as well as some mixed fitness levels then this is no mean feat!
