A bunch of six or possibly even eight of us are attempting the Lyke Wake Walk which is a 40 mile yomp across the North Yorkshire moors and must be completed within 24 hours.  Rather than doing this merely for the kudos and satisfaction of saying "we did it" we thought we might try and raise some money for a worthy cause.  Our chosen charity is Cancer Research UK and with advances in technology and medical science, new ideas and cures are being discovered at ever increasing rates of success but we can all help by donating even a very small amount to this worthy cause.  Thank you for taking time to read this link and thank you even more if you can manage to donate something.
