Hi All,
I am doing this cycle to highlight the disease area of Multiple Myeloma and how it impacts both the patient and their families. In Ireland we have 300 new cases of Myeloma every year.
What is Multiple Myeloma?
Myeloma is a cancer of the plasma cells in the bone marrow. Multiple Myeloma is when the Myeloma cells spread from the bone marrow into the harder part of the bone and causes damage to the bone tissue. The marrow of more than one bone can be affected.
