On the 25th April 2010 I will be doing something that I have always wanted to do, but never thought that I actually would - running in the London Marathon. Instead of sitting at home on a lazy Sunday morning with Sarah, Ollie and Ted and watching all those crazy people on television running around our capital city, I'll be joining them !
I'll be running on behalf of MacIntyre Housing Association, a local charity which provides housing services for people with learning disabilities and specific support needs. We all value our freedom and independance and often take them for granted, but not everyone is that fortunate.
