On the 25th October, I will be running the Great South run, in memory of Richard Credland, a young RAF officer who recently died, leaving behind his wife-to-be Jo, beautiful 5 year old son Kieron, and all before reaching his 30th birthday.....

Being in the armed forces himself, I'm sure that Richard would have agreed that raising money for Help for Heroes charity is a great way of supporting all our wounded unsung heroes, the men and women who dedicate their lives to our country and to us. I personally, would like to give something back.
