Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
For anyone who doesn't know me well, I'm just an average 30-something with 2 children who works in an office. Last year the office running mafia sucked me in and started off with some gentle runs and now I've found myself having crazy ideas.
I've entered the Tadcaster triathlon which takes place on 3rd May 2010 (May day) and involves swimming 500m, cycling 14km, then running 7km. Followed by a trip to either the nearest hospital or bar!
I want to support PACT (they provide practical support to families of children suffering with cancer). I've lost many friends and relatives to cancer, thankfully more are surviving now but the treatment and care required takes a toll of it's own. As a parent I can't imagine how difficult it must be to see a child going through this and any help for these children and their families get's a big thumbs up from me! Take the time to visit the PACT page and learn a little more then please be generous and help me support this great cause.
