Oscar Knox is a wee 4 year old boy from Belfast who is facing the fight of his life against an aggressive cancer called neuroblastoma, and serious heart condition pulmonary hypertension.

Oscar and his family are legendary in their approach to helping the wee man get the best treatment that he truly deserves.

I'm growing a fine tache this Movember to help raise money for Oscar's treatment.....
