-----------------------------------------------------
My wife, Emily, has been diagnosed with Lupus for more than 5 years. Like thousands of others, she is dealing with the debilitating symptoms associated with this incurable disease.
The aim of my efforts, and the charity I am supporting, Lupus UK, is to help raise awareness of the disease as well as money to support sufferers and research for a cure.
I'm now well into my training. My race results are below:
Sept 19, 2010 - Spartan Challenge Cambridge

I finished in 52 minutes... a bit slow, but some of the obstacles destroyed my energy levels.
Sept 25, 2010 - Berlin Inline Marathon

I finished in just over 1:47 on a rainy day in Berlin. Apparently my time was fantastic for rain. Yeah
Feb 6, 2011 - Asics Watford Half-marathon

I finished in 1:55:53. Not bad for an insanely hilly course.
then the BIG RACE!

If you can spare any money towards this wonderful cause and support my fundraising efforts, I would really appreciate it.
Thank you from all my family!
