Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We did it!  Despite the sun beating down on one of the hottest days of the year, we all finished the race with a range of times and without any injuries.

I beat last year's time by six minutes so the training has paid off a bit. Thanks and well done to all colleagues, everyone else who ran in the 10K and all the people who came out to support us on the day.

Most of all thanks to everyone who sponsored me. It's brilliant to see that we've raised such a good total for Breakthrough - and paid tribute to a brilliant colleague who has inspired us all.
