I really want to raise awareness for this rare disease as my mother sufferered from this disease. before she lost her long brave battle against it in April 2010. 
Pulmonary Hypertension isn't a very well known disease, and only 3% of people ...have heard of it!! I want to raise this percentage and let as many people know about this incurable condition and how serious this really is.
