Unfortunately Helen has had to withdraw from the marathon due to illness, she will be back next year.

I think I’m over my jet lag from New Zealand and looking forward to Sunday

Finally I have decided to run the London marathon, after Helen, my wife, won’t let me forget that she completed it last year and is doing it again this year. My daughters are also running in the Paris Marathon

Mine and Helen's chosen charity is one that we feel do a fantastic job of entertaining service personel serving abroad and haven seen at first hand some fantastic shows put on by the British Forces Foundation during our time serving in the armed forces. They really do provide a moral boost for troops when serving away from home and on their return.
