On 17th & 18th September I will be cycling the 200 miles from Westminster to Brugge as part of the O2E Remembrance Ride, to raise money for this years chosen charities, Demelza, Get Kids Going, St Johns Special School and the Tuberous Sclerosis Society.  As always I am paying all costs so every penny pledged goes directly to these exceptionally worthwhile causes.
