Gail Force Ten is a team that has been set up to raise money for Cancer Research in memory of a wonderful lady called GAIL MURRAY.

The team consists of Gails 3 sons, who sadly lost their mum after a very short battle with cancer, and a group of very good friends (including me).

For this particular challenge we have decided to cycle from John O'Groats to Lands End. This has been done many times before, so we had to think of a way to make it slighly more challenging. So, we decided we would do it in just 6 days, averaging out at a gruelling 150 miles a day.
