I will be taking part in the LBG Cycle Around the World event October this year on behalf of the Alzheimer's Society. This is a great cause and we are hoping to raise as much money as possible!

Some facts to help you part with your hard earned wonga...

One in three people over the age of 65 will develop dementia - robbing them of their memories and lives. Every year another 100,000 people develop the condition and there is no cure. This year thousands of people will find themselves caring for a family member with dementia with no training or support.

Live Well will enable the charity to launch the first UK-wide dementia carers programme. It will give 9,000 carers the information and skills they need to support their loved one to live well with dementia.

So come on people donate away and lets help make a difference.
