A few members of the Honda Racing Formula One team (Adam Cobley, Gary Holland, Guy Thomas and myself supported by Paul Harris & Chris Fry) have decided to raise some money for a good cause by travelling back from the Hungarian GP the unconventional way.

During the working week in Hungary on a budget of £500 sterling acquire a trabant and prepare it to travel back the homeward journey to Brackley, Northamptonshire, UK.  A short trip of 1,854 km at approximately 50kms per hour, how long it will take is anyone's guess!!!!!

We have chosen to do this for the FSID as this is a charity that has been helping people close to us through some very difficult times

We don’t have a target figure in mind, but are sure that anything we can make will go a long way to help. Your support in some sponsorship for this challenge would be greatly appreciated.

Hopefully we can help others by providing support such as we have received in the last 9 months.  Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to donate: Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths will receive your money electronically and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in Gift Aid will be added to your donation at no cost to you.

Please donate generously.

Many thanks.
