Lets get one thing clear, I can ride a bike but do look at the video to see what a challenge this is for me, (see left). The video was taken by a felllow holiday maker not that long ago who sent it to me when they got home, I am the one on the bike! For those at work for whom the video might be blocked (its hosted on YouTube) have a look at home if you can, reckon you will have a little chuckle when you see it.

Last year it seemed like a great idea to undertake the London to Brighton Bike ride, with a few days to go and no training, a gym membership card that I do not see the inside of the place, 50+ miles seems a bit dauting now! Coupled with my cycling skills as shown in the video It will be a real challenge for me to complete the event.

Any money you donate will have been earn't the hard way and its going to a worthy cause!
