In October this year I will be taking on the ultimate challenge of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, alongside my old team mate Bryan Robson and a group of really inspiring people.

It's going to be tough but I'm really looking forward to what will be a fantastic experience, not to mention the fact we are raising money for a great cause - the Manchester United Foundation.

Please support myself and the team and all the money will go towards supporting great charities locally and internationally, including helping young people in disadvantaged areas across Greater Manchester and Unicef, The Christie and Francis House Children's Hospice.
