I did it!! I did it!! I enjoyed it!!   What a fantastic experience.

Many of you know me as your exercise instructor at 'K' Fitness. Sometimes we raise money for charity through a fundraising, fun exercise class but this year I have done the ABBERLEY ABSEIL. This was 161ft down the historic Clock Tower at Abberley Hall School in Worcestershire on Sunday June 13th 2010. 

The Charity is 'children today' and they give support to children with disabillities. www.childrentoday.org.uk

29.06.2010 Fundraising is going fantastically well and so far , including sponsorship donations on the official form we have raised £730.50 so please tell your friends about it and ask them to help this worthwhile charity.
