Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page! I am climbing Mount Snowdon (1085m) on Sunday 6 May 2012 in aid of The Ribat Institute's 'Ribat House' appeal.     For those of you that don't know, The Ribat Institute is a not-for-profit, grassroots initiative focused on delivering education and community projects in the local area of Woking, Surrey.  The institute is already involved in a number of key projects that benefit the local community including,  providing meals for the homeless at The York Road Project shelter, gardening for the elderly and making blankets for the maternity wing at St Peter's Hospital to name a few.     Our intention is to purchase premises in Woking, Surrey that can be used as a multi use property to run educational and community programs, such as adult and children's classes, a counselling service, research and training, as well as generate an income for further projects.     Your donation, no matter how large or small can help us to continue the fantastic work that Ribat are doing within the community and help to acquire permanent premises from which to run our education classes.  Please show your support and be part of this worthwhile community project.    Donations can be made online or text.
