Coast to coast · 11 April 2013

For 45 years we’ve led the way in supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals, and their families, across the North East of England. We work to create a society where autism is understood and accepted, inclusion is the norm, and autistic people can lead fulfilled lives.

Story

Hi All,

I am going to do the "Coast to Coast" Hadrian Wall Walk of around 100 miles in aid of N.E.A.S. I am 16 years old and suffer from autism. I am doing the walk with my Uncle Stephen and  Ash Shotton a friend of the family.

We intend to do this over 6 days between the 10th and 15th June 2013.

My Uncle and I decided to do the walk with to raise money (via sponsorship) for a local autism charity.

The walk is to raise funds for N.E.A.S (North East Autism Society) who have helped me and my family with my up bringing and welfare.
