In 2010 I contracted meningitis septicaemia and was rushed to Tameside hospital where they told my mum and dad there was nothing more they could do! A team of doctors and nurses came from Manchester children's hospital and transferred me to there after I spent a week in a coma on the pediatric intensive care unit I was well enough to come off my ventilator and was transferred bk to Tameside hospital where I was discharged a few days later. Me and my family can't thank the hospital enough for saving my life and I would like to raise money to give something back
