Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is the world's leading medical humanitarian aid organisation. We work in over 70 countries - in conflict zones, natural disasters and epidemics. We are independent, neutral and impartial. We provide medical care where it's needed most.

Story

On a normal Sunday morning, it's a miracle if I'm awake before midday. However, on Sunday 18th September I will be very much awake and on Clapham Common at 9am to run around a 10k obstacle course to help raise money for MSF.

Medecins Sans Frontieres is an amazing organisation and the work they carry out is truly fearless and inspiring, as well as having a real impact:

For every £8 they get, they can provide anti-malarials to cure 13 people.
For every £18 they get, they can provide bandages and dressing kits to treat 8 people.
For every £30 they get, they can provide antibiotics to treat 2 war wounded people.

I imagine I'll spend most of my time falling off of these obstacles, hurting myself or falling into cold muddy water. I'm sure most of you would shell out a few quid for me to go through that?

And as a bonus, if I reach my target on here, my company (bow&arrow) will match it!

Thanks in advance :)
