<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Friends, family and associates,</p> <p class="MsoNormal">I have made a last minute decision to run the Belfast Marathon. Since my training officially started on Easter Sunday and the race day is 7th May I well and truly have my work cut out for me. To make it worthwhile and to spur myself on I have decided to set up this just giving page to raise money for an extremely worthy cause. Since it is the Belfast Marathon it seems fitting that the charity, 'The Welcome Organisation' is a Belfast based charity. For those of you unfamiliar with The Welcome Organisation they are one of several charities that work tirelessly with the Belfast homeless community, offering shelter, warm meals and friendly support to so many. These people work so hard you might not realise just how serious a problem homelessness is in the wider Belfast area. For this reason every pound makes a difference and I hope you will all dig deep. As an added bonus, whoever provides the single biggest donation can decide what I have printed on my race day t-shirt, (nothing crude please!).
