I have been hugely privileged to visit some of the Comic Relief supported projects in both the UK and in Africa and have witnessed first hand the difference that Comic Relief makes.  So many people, communities and  families have been able to turn their circumstances around through the donations from Comic Relief - donations that provide a means to an end whether it be providing mentorship for a young person who has experienced the most difficult starts in life to providing ovens, farming equipment etc and the provision to help families and communities manage their own way out of poverty.  It truly is amazing!
