As you know, Stella & I, along with Scouts and Scouters from Heathfield, are hoping to raise £1500 for Harambee for Kenya to provide safe houses for children. We are visiting at Easter 2010 to help put that money to good use.

To raise some money I am going to try to combat my fear of heights and abseil down the 3 storey high fire tower at Battle Fire Station this Saturday 31st October. I am assured there will be photographs taken! If you would like to help me please can you sponsor me as this will help the nerves (I hope).

Well I made it! (twice)!! I think cycle clips might have helped when stepping out at the top though. Thanks to everyone for their 'kind' words of wisdom and your sponsorship. It helped me and your donations will help the children. Thanks again.
