Our next fundraising event is on Friday 28th June at Mark Two where I work, there will be raffles, quizzes and will have stalls selling lots of goodies and best of all if Alex Whitton and Darryl Denney can get enough sponsors they have agreed to have their hair shaved now how fab is that!!

On Saturday 1st June I climbed Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the British Isles and on Saturday 15th June my mum and I held a fundraising afternoon at V1ntage studio we held 4 exercise classes at £10 each, Zumba, Bum Legs and Tums, Drums and to finish a Spinning Class. Gareth dressed in a tutu for Zumba and we all had so much fun all for such a worthy cause.

Sam Shaw is my mum's best friends grandson and was diagnosed in January with high risk neuroblastoma, a highly agressive form of childhood cancer. To give Sam the best chance of beating neuroblastoma for good, his Oncologist has recommended an immunotherapy treatment trialled in America and proven to increase chance of survival by 20%. However, this particular treatment is not available in the UK. The proposed treatment and associated costs of over £250,000 will not be funded by the NHS which is why Sam desperately needs all our help.
