Hi Everyone,

I am running the Great North Run this year for a third successive year and this time am doing it in honour of Cancer research. I know I have probably badgered you all to the end of your tether for sponsorship but this time it genuinely is a great cause and every donation, however little or large, can go a long way to supporting the exceptional work Cancer Research do on a daily basis. Any uni friends who are jobless and over draft maxed out less a £2 donation (think thats the minimum) would be mint.

Thanks in advance for any contributions or support on the day, as ever any of the above would be massively appreciated and touching. Previous attempts at the run have ended up in me getting pelted with a full poweraid bottle by a kid in South shields and accidently eating Vaseline so any help on the day to make sure such events don't repeat themselves would be very welcome.
