Now is your chance to make me suffer!!  12 miles and no wine the evening before !!!  I am going to no doubt have to help my colleague Ross Park walk this walk as he is so unfit and has already asked for oxygen!!  This is really a fantastic cause and I really need you to dig deep and sponsor me (I need to raise more than Ross)!!
