My beautiful Dad was suddenly diagnosed with cancer in March 2009 and within 8 days of diagnosis he lost his very brave, but very short fight for life.

My Dad made the very courageous decision to come home from hospital even though he knew he had days to live and end his days with the family he was devoted to. Within hours of coming home the Out of Hours Care Team from St Benedicts Hospice were by our sides to help my Dad  through his pain and final hours and support us as a family.

We would never have coped without their help and we wish to thank them for giving us the support to get through this and for bringing a smile to my Dad's face even in the last few hours of his life.
