I will be participating, along with Dot, in the Great East Swim 2009! This a mile long swim in Alton Water, Suffolk, i.e in a lake!!... which we thought sounded like fun.
As many of you may know my charity of choice is impoartant to me personally. The National Eye Research Centre is based in Bristol and is involved in trying to find better treatments for those with eye conditions. This includes; Stem Cell Research, Inflammation Research and Genetic Research. I would greatly appreciate anything that you can donate to help this important cause.
