The BUPA Great North Run, 13.1 miles around the sights and through the streets of the magnificent city of Newcastle Upon Tyne. I have started my training already and you can catch me most evenings running over the downs.

Doing this event is not about me, it’s about raising much needed funds!

The Great North Run will surely be a challenging experience, and will have great effect, not just for me but also MS People cared for by Woodlands MS Respite Care.

I'm a new runner this year and really looking forward to it! I am running for Woodlands MS Respite Care Centre (Multiple Sclerosis Society).
