On 1st March 2014 I will be taking on the Sole Destroyer 10km race in aid of the Motor neurone Disease Association (MNDA) as part of Team Nuffiel Health Northampton. I will be racing alongside Ashley Snelling, the club General Manager and Morag Larsen, who has recently lost a loved one to the disease.

The Sole Destroyer 10km race will require us to tackle muddy obstacles, crawl under a cargo net and wade through a lake among other gruelling challenges. This race is not for the faint hearted but we will be using every ounce of strength we have to show our support for those who have suffered and continue to suffer at the hands of this terrible disease and their families.
