Kirk Newsholme Chartered Accountants' dedicated team of 22 are fundraising for MIND - our chosen charity this year. Our team are set to complete the Tough Mudder Classic course in Skipton on Sunday 28th July...10 miles, 25 obstacles and all set in a huge mud bath....Lets hope the training has paid off!!
We have recently taken training from Leeds Mind, giving us an insight into what it's like to suffer from mental health illnesses and that 1 in 4 people in the UK will suffer from some sort of mental health issue this year. We fully support Mind in their work to support those suffering and want to help banish the stigma that is associated with mental health.
Most of us will know someone who has or is suffering from some form of mental health illness right now. Please dig deep and show your support by sponsoring us to complete this epic challenge!
