One woman in four will experience domestic violence at some point in her lifetime and two women are killed each week in England and Wales by a current or former partner. Just over a month ago, I participated in my first boxing match for Refuge having never boxed before in my life. I loved it. I met a host of incredible women and we raised a lot of money.
