Story
On 22 and 23 June, I will be climbing the three highest peaks in the UK in 24 hours as part of the IRESS Foundation National Three Peaks Challenge. There are 35 of us from IRESS undertaking this challenge. We are doing this to raise money and awareness for Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB).

TBB is the only onganisation in the world connecting refugees to international job opportunities, opening labour mobility as a complementary solution to traditional refugee resettlement.

IRESS is one of the first companies to have hired a refugee directly through the Talent Beyond Boundaries initiative.

A safe family, a home, good health, access to quality food and an education are foundations for making the most of the opportunities that we hope life will bring. Take any one of those away and a person’s ability to find and make the most of those opportunities is limited.
