5k a day

I am taking on the challenge of running, walking, swimming or cycling 5k every day for the month of November. This will be an enormous challenge for me, but all money raised is going to Scottish Association for Mental Health. This is a charity so close to my heart, especially in recent times due to the tragic loss of a childhood friend, Tom Smith. Through these tough times, I want to do something positive. 1 in 3 Scots suffer from mental health problems every year, yet there is so little awareness and funding for mental health.. Mental health is such an important issue and it is about time we start treating it like one.
Any support or donations you can give be hugely appreciated, even just £1 would go a long way.
