In September myself and The Bell’s Belles are taking part in Tough Mudder – 10 miles of running, obstacles and misery - for St Wilfrid's Hospice. St Wilfrid's do amazing work and have been supporting the local community for over 30 years.

Although we planned to start training much earlier in the year, we are now less than 2 months away, and the fear is definitely setting in...

Any donations would be greatly appreciated and may ease the pain just a little bit!
