At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Kirsty Robb and John Murrie are undertaking the epic 3 Peaks Challenge on 15 September 2012 to raise money for Alzheimer's Society.

Alzheimer’s Society research shows that 750,000 people in the UK have a form of dementia, more than half have Alzheimer’s disease. In just 15 years a million people will be living with dementia. This will soar to 1.7 million people by 2051.  Alzheimer's Society funds research  into cause, care, cure and prevention and works directy with sufferers to improve quality of life.
